IIMC Consult Club is a student-built, student-run web application for IIM Calcutta Consulting Club members preparing for case-interview placements. It is not affiliated with any commercial entity. Sign-in is restricted to @iimcal.ac.in and @email.iimcal.ac.in Google accounts.
We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity and pull your name, email, and profile photo. Separately, and only if you explicitly click "Connect Google Calendar" on your profile page, we request the narrower https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope to create a calendar event when a Peer Practice session you host is accepted, and to remove it if the session is cancelled — we never read your existing calendar, and this permission is never requested as part of ordinary sign-in.
